If you ever have a piece of footage that you need to slice up into individual clips based on cuts int he footage, Davinci Resolve has a tool that can help you do this..
If the cuts are very clean and different enough, the tool will do a really good job, but if they are pretty similar you might need to do some manual tweaking. This video shows how to do both to end up with very clean individual clips.
